Mike has over 15 years of experience in the construction field, from the estimating, planning and scheduling during pre-construction phase, to project delivery through project closeout. He has spent much of his career on large, heavy-civil public works projects, including design-build and CM/GC contracts. Mike has extensive experience in field management, estimating, and project controls. His proficiency in field management comes from both direct oversight of field crews installing work, as well as indirect supervision of field engineers and superintendents on diverse areas ranging from utility work, to decorative concrete, to large structural scopes. Mike has a strong background in project cost estimation, having been involved in all aspects of estimating, including takeoffs, determining realistic production schedules, and pricing. Through his project management experience, he has gained an intimate knowledge of a number of project controls skills such as scheduling, cost controls, document control, and project administration.

- Project Manager for concrete contactor and Member of pre-construction team of CM/GC contractor, Sound Transit N160 Northgate Extension in Seattle, Washington;
- Project Manager, concrete contractor, Point Defiance Park-Waterfront, Phase 1 in Tacoma, Washington;
- Project Manager, concrete contractor, Complete the Circle in Bellevue, Washington.
Mike has a B.S. in Construction Management and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
