Kirk boasts a remarkable 15-year tenure in the construction industry, during which he has overseen every facet of project management, spanning from the inception of design development to the culmination of construction closeout. In the initial decade of his career, he dedicated his expertise to large-scale heavy-civil undertakings, encompassing design-build and CM/GC contracts. Over the last five years, he has shifted his focus to the estimation and management of diverse commercial projects, ranging from seismic retrofits of existing structures to the construction of new childcare and educational facilities, as well as VA hospital medical clinics.

With a strong foundation in project cost estimation, Kirk has been intricately involved in takeoffs, the formulation of realistic production schedules, and pricing strategies. His foray into project management has fortified his proficiency in project control facets including scheduling, cost management, document control, and project administration.
